Send your phone data

Your phone is the evidence

Every spam call and text is on your phone and in your carrier’s records. We need a copy of both. It takes about an hour the first time, and your account walks you through every step for your exact phone and carrier.

What we need

  • Your texts, call history and voicemail, exported from your phone
  • Your carrier’s call and text records
  • Screenshots of spam texts, and screened-call screenshots with the audio
  • Proof your number is on the Do Not Call Registry
  • Your contacts, so we can leave out everyone you know

How it works

  1. Sign up and pick your phone and carrier. Your account shows only the steps that apply to you.
  2. Export once and send it in. Upload the files in your account, or paste a Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox or OneDrive link if they are too big. Our AI reads every call and text, sets aside everyone you know and sorts the spam by company. Our team checks every finding.
  3. Keep it current, automatically. Once we confirm your first backup, you turn on automatic backups (about 3 minutes, once). Got a new call or text? Send a screenshot or a short screen recording in your account. Our AI reads it, logs it and files it under the right company within minutes.
  4. Don’t delete anything until it is saved with us. Your account shows exactly what is saved with us and through what date. Anything newer, keep: a text, a call or a voicemail that is deleted before we have it may be gone for good.

Step-by-step, made for your phone

Your account has step-by-step instructions made for your exact phone and carrier. Pick them once and you only see the steps that apply to you: how to export your texts, call history and voicemail, how to get your carrier records, and how to save screened calls.

Your data

Your records are used only to provide your service. They are never sold, never shared, and covered by the Mutual Confidentiality Agreement you sign in your account. They stay in your account so they are there if you come back with new calls, and we delete them if you ask in writing. Our AI tools process your records only to do that work, and our AI provider does not use them to train its models. See our confidentiality terms and privacy policy.
