Start with the Free Spam Audit: send us your calls and texts, and we show you what we found and the amounts the law sets. It is free: no card needed. Once your audit is done, your account offers the plans, paid in full or in up to 4 monthly payments at 0% interest. Or get the $99 Playbook and do it yourself.

2. Know what you will need

We are upfront about this: good records matter. Once your account is open, you will provide these in it. Nothing starts until they are in, and we help you with every step of getting them.

  1. Your phone exportYour call history and text messages exported from your iPhone or Android. About one evening with our step-by-step guide.
  2. Your carrier recordsThe call and text logs you request from Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile or your carrier. Carriers can take a few days to a few weeks, so start early. We show you exactly what to ask for.
  3. Do Not Call proofA screenshot of your number's registration check at donotcall.gov. About five minutes.
  4. Contacts to leave outYour contacts export or a simple list of family, friends and real business numbers, so we ignore them completely.
  5. Your case informationA short form in your account: when your number went on the Registry, when you told companies to stop, and any online applications. About 15 minutes.
  6. Your signed agreementsYou confirm, in your account, that you make every decision and that the records are yours to share.

Phones erase old call history over time (an iPhone shows only about your last 100 calls, and most Android phones keep only the last 500), and deleted voicemails are gone for good. Old texts and calls can still count for up to 4 years, but only if you still have them.

Your report is delivered 5 to 10 business days after everything is in. Your 90 days of coaching start when your report is delivered. Concierge adds a short intake call. You make every decision, sign and file your own documents and attend your own hearing. We do the research, organizing and logistics for a flat fee, and keep a calendar of suggested dates you confirm. Costs after you buyThis is not a quick fix. It is a real process for holding spammers to the rules, and it takes weeks to months. Your package pays for our service. Pursuing a claim has its own costs, which you pay directly when you get there: court filing fees, serving each company (sheriff or process server), certified mail and postage for letters, and sometimes fees for records. They vary by state and court. Some companies settle before anything is filed. Many never answer, and some never pay. If you go to court and win, you can usually ask the court to add your filing and service costs to the judgment. Collecting a judgment is a separate step and is not guaranteed. Plan for these costs up front either way.

3. Confirm

How the Free Spam Audit worksIt is free and no card is needed. We review your data and show you a summary: how many senders, how many calls and texts of each kind, the amounts the law sets for those kinds of violations, and exactly what has and has not been identified. When we send it, you choose a plan (that is when a card is asked for), and your first payment opens the full results, your Playbook, the AI toolkit and the law library. Walk away after the summary and nothing is owed.
RefundsThe Playbook and the Evidence Report cannot be returned once delivered, so they are not refundable after delivery. Coaching and Concierge come with a satisfaction promise: not happy with the support? Ask for the coaching portion ($400) back before your 90 days end, or the concierge portion ($702) back before your case closes. Concierge also refunds $702 if no company can be named and served.
